<p>Been having serious problems with the body - chronic fatigue, insomnia, gut/intestine issues, slow healing, super low blood pressure (95/65) shingles blah blah blah, so went and saw a specialist who did tests, and yep lots to do. Have to try and rebuild immune system, but that is the easy part. I have to now go dairy, wheat and gluten free. sobs</p>

<p>Normally when people have an intolerance, rather than an allergy, you are advised to cut food groups for a period of time and then gradually reintroduce them to see what happens. What are you by the way, FODMAP?</p>

<p>My better half has similar sounding symtoms. She has been wheat free for nearly 20 years and has had to swear off a few other food groups due to IBS. Try using almond milk instead of dairy. Rice Flour instead of Wheat Flour. I can bake quite well with that type of substitution. Can make pancakes, muffins, cakes etc. Its easier to make it yourself than think you are going to buy it.</p>
