<p>The Canes have the steel about them on defense. Guys like Fifita, Fatialofa and Savea are churning out performances similar to that of the infamous Bouncer trio of So'oialo, Collins and Masoe. </p>

<p>Boyd and Plumtree have done wonders for the Canes. I did the maths and they have won something like 27 and lost only 7 since taking over. </p>

<p>If Coles, Ardie Savea and Barrett stay fit through the playoffs it's going to be tough for any team to take us out.</p>

<p>I'l let the scoreboard do the talking. Obviously you didn't see much of the game. Savea was brilliant once again. One of the main reasons why the Crusader's lackluster offense couldn't penetrate was because they kept running it at Ardie.</p>

<p>Sam Cane had a ripper. Best game I have seen him play in a long time. Unlike Bones I am happy to admit that Cane was the better player than Savea this week even though the Chiefs didn't get the result. However trying to convince people that Todd is better than Savea is just nuts.</p> -

Ardie was quiet this week and watching the first half appears quite lazy on multi-phase play unless he can have a glory boy moment. Todd was pretty shit for his standards. You willing to back up your assertion that Savea didn't miss a tackle? Or too busy stroking your Ardie poster? -
