@unite not sure, given they usually name at 5am which is when I am asleep, even more disrespectful

@SouthernMann that is interesting as Crotty has been doing a little bit of media this week and that is usually an indicator they are looking to start.

If that's the team @mariner4life's toys will not stay in the cot long.

That was my preferred starting 15 - I'd be pleased.

Not so sure about the hooker researve (although to be expected) plus no Dmac or ALB...

Hell of a long Flight for Dmac to carry water rather than be with family

    I’m always underestimating.

When I predict the All Blacks by 10 they usually win by 20. When I say by 20 they win by 25+.

I won’t ever do it again.

Is that because you make the predication based on your Canta-blacks selection and not on the actual selection?

After Hansen fails to read my emails and names the team on Thursday my expectations go down considerably

There’s still one more practice and if one of Barrett or Richie get hurt in that, he needs to be in Saffaland just in case.

That reserve hooker probably had his best stint as an AB last weekend. So hopefully continues on the up.

    Solid Point. Forgot about that.

If that's the correct team, then I like it a lot. Only changes I would have made would be ALB for Crotty and Coltman for Harris. It's clear that Goodhue is now our no1 centre.

Not much to argue about, except ALB missing out. I guess they plan to see how Goodhue works with SBW then Crotty?

Mo'unga will get his chance in the last 30 against strong opposition away. It's a good selection.

I'm looking forward to this game in a way I haven't for quite some time. That's a very good team we've picked.

Only 2 Barretts so that will calm him a bit. Probably 2 too many for him though.

Actually, just on SB, I was ready to write him off last year but he's been excellent in 2018. Really stepped up and become a genuine test lock. Obviously he's no BBBR, but who is?

Goodhue makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.

It was inevitable he'd be an ab when he started playing for Canterbury. Some players have Allblack written all over him. He certainly did.

Now to reunite him with Jordie at 12......

I like this selection. The only thing I would change - with availability of players in mind - is Crotty at 12 instead of SBW, but that may happen in the second half.
