Jordie has been superb at 12 again
Solid rather than spectacular. Which I'm more than happy with. Liked the way he dealt with the midfield changes as well.
He was better than solid, he tackled hard and had a number of very strong carries which got us on the front foot despite limited opportunities. You can see how influential he is when it comes to organisation as well, the last try he scored was all of his making. He's having a huge impact on the game from 12, bigger than what he could at the back.
But Victor has been circumspect on Jordie at 12, so he can't break that now...
Must be based on Jordie's body of work at 12? Maybe he needs another 10 solid tests?

Don't get me wrong. I'm just happy to have a solid 12 who goes about his business quietly, with minimal brain-farts, doesn't get knocked back in tackles or throws Hail Mary passes. Finally.

That's the biggest thing for me. Was sick of seeing Havili and Mo'unga getting rag dolled and choke tackled backwards over the last two years.

Cautious rather than circumspect after all the issues and false starts at 12 in recent years. Called for him to start in this game as it was a risk-free no-brainer. Solid works just fine for me right now after a bloody good debut against Oz - means it wasn't a one-off.

Stay away from Cwmbran. The women there are born pregnant.
Also avoid Chip Alley.

What to do with Sam Cane now.......
Not sure Foster has the testicular fortitude to do what needs to be done.See where we are next year. I've been a massive fan of Sam Canr throughout his career, but at the moment Dalton Papali'i is the better 7.

I'd take a solid player at 12 any day after the stinking swamp that has been that position in recent years.

Cautious after all those other block busting games from other 12s eh? As understandable as Taylor for motm 😬

Not sure Foster has the testicular fortitude to do what needs to be done. We'll know how good Paps really is after this EOYT. It's a great opportunity to get experience against the likes of England and grab the incumbent slot.

Thank you Jason Ryan. Second most important man in NZ

Great to beat Wales. Bob Deans, Dave Gallaher and the 1905 Originals avenged again. Nothing will ever right that wrong but well done Sam Whitelock and his All Blacks for honouring their memory.
I am relieved when we win against Wales, the last time they won was year before I was born so worried if they win I only got a year to live!!

Well that was a storming game by Ardie. Is there anyone better in world rugby?
This game showed exactly why we no longer need the broken Sam Cane, Papali’i was superb aswell. Can a number 6 please stand up.
Into the backs I thought Smith and Jordie were brilliant. Clarke continues to be a bit one dimensional on that left wing, maybe time to try someone else? Maybe we shift Reece to the left..
All in all a successful night out for the ABs, bring on Scotland next week.
