Haven't confirmed it yet but there is a big chance boshier won't be there next season
He "attempted" the final conversion so I was thinking there must be something to that.
Overseas coin is my guess. The ABs have made it clear that he is getting judged on a different scorecard as far as selection goes. Take away the black jersey target and he may as well get the family some money.

@gt12 Yes. Wiki has already been updated by someone.
Add Ngatai to the Chiefs list too (4 tries vs Force in 2016).
Tell me that they called him the new Maori Jesus.
This was only a list of the individual try-scorers. There are a lot of players who scored 4 tries in a match.

I don't begrudge Boshier going if that is true, but I'm curious who could be replacing him in the squad. McMillan said that there wasn't any room for Kapeli in 2022 as they had a full squad of forwards. Cane, Karpik and one other? The ginga Florence is a 6/7 so could be an option. Mitch Jacobson is another no.7 available. We'll see.

Ohhhh. The scorecard where everyone else in your position is better than you. Gotta hate that.
I'd take Bosh over Kirifi any day. More strings to the bow and more accurate.

Can someone explain to me why, in the lead up to the Waratahs only try, there wasn't a penalty for thr most blatant of obstructions when 2 guys peeled off the maul?

Have you not seen all the posts about the incompetence of the refs?
I believe that maul was also set up incorrectly with the ball being passed back to a player that hadn't joined yet. Same offence pinged for the Chiefs only minutes before.

My big issue is the way players dive headfirst into the breakdowns and how the Chiefs pillars were being held and driven back metres behind the breakdown with impunity. Chiefs have been regularly pinged for this stuff earlier in the season. Boshier and Tupaea were on receiving end of these things several times. It all meant there was limited protection for half back and impacted badly on play continuity. Poetic justice for Swinton really.
Wainui had an amazing game but was disappointed they stuck with Slater so long. Albeit his last 15 minutes was most accurate I have seen from him this season. Really disappointed with Gatland and Trask also. Their concentration and intensity seem to switch on and off during games and there was far less pressure in this one.
Finally the Chiefs loosies were amazingly good despite the harsh application of laws against them. Likewise the half backs who absorbed the lenience on the opposition around breakdowns. -
Just watched the Tahs try on an actual screen for the first time, as opposed to the one at Brookvale, and I’m even more WTF that they didn’t even look at that. He straight up kneed the defender out of the way.
I wonder if NZR and the ARU and their respective refs bodies realise how disenchanted fans are with the standard of reffing at the moment?

There was talk on the thread that the replays were held back at the ground.
Considering how quick to the draw the TMO was on other things though, it was strange that thee wasn't even any talk about it.
The comms either didn't notice at all or deliberately ignored it as well. -

I'm sure Jordan Way has refereed SR games before. The trouble has been that Gardner wasn't available to ref through injury so Aust were digging even deeper into their referee pool. We (NZ) did the same with Doleman, who I doubt the Reds thought too highly of.
