Both the rebels players that KO'd each other should have been YC'd.
If they knocked each other out, it was obviously dangerous and with force, so it'd have to be red cards

I think we knew the outcome when the TMO branded it intentional.
That was a classic case of needing on-field Ref to say.. "yeah, I've heard what you've got to say, but... Nah, fuck off, you're full of shit, on-field ref says no issue"

If the other one was a yellow card - and it fucking wasn't - then that definitely should have been
I can only assume the TMO looked at it and thought it was fine.
But then, I wouldn't trust his opinion on anything after the first one...

I'd just settle for competent.
