Moody, Taylor, Laulala, Whitelock, Savea, Cane, Sotutu, Smith, Mo'unga, Bridge, ALB, Goodhue, Reece, B Barrett
Karl, Coles, Ofa, fuck knows, Frizzel, TJP, J Barrett, Ioane
Continuity mother fuckers. Can't risk shit in your first test. Pick the same players i helped pick last year. We'll just do the same shit a little bit better and we'll be fine.
Agree continuity even if it has been 11 months. This is the Bledislie after all and want to be one up going into the second game. Number 11 the only concern but we can toss that bridge when we get toit

The Aussie camp think Mo'unga will be the 1st 5.

I'll put this down to mind games. You'd hope they're focusing on themselves. Has the Wallabies scrum coach managed to get into the country yet? The last I heard he was s till stuck overseas.

Sydney Morning Herald reporting that Jordan Petaia won't play and Wilson will be 8, Paisami will be 13 and Daugunu on the wing with Valentini and Lolesio on the bench.
There’s your Pasifika team right there.

And only six New Zealanders in the squad.

Anyone want a bet this is starting XV?
Moody, Taylor, Tuungafasi, Tuipulotu, Whitelock, Frizell, Cane (cpt), Savea, Smith, Mounga, Bridge, Goodhue, Ioane, J.Barrett, B.Barrett.
Let’s just say not my pick, but wouldn’t bet against it
it's not awful. but it's also not brilliant either.
It’s awful

Not enough Crusaders? Too many Chiefs? No DMac...

Backline and back/middle row will be:
15 - Barrett
14 - Barrett
13 - Ioane
12 - Goodhue
11 - Bridge
10 - Mounga
9 - Smith
8 - Savea
7 - Cane
6 - Frizzell
5 - Tuipulotu
4 - Whitelock
Clarke, ALB, TJP back reserves, Sotutu loose forward reserve. 👍
Not 100% sure about the rest. -
@Nogusta Beaudy hasn't done enough for me at 15 this year to warrent a start there. I think the form of both Jordan and Jordie will be too hard to ignore and I hope they both get selected.
I will have a little more faith in Foster if he has the balls to bench B Barrett but I've got a feeling Beaudy will get the nod somewhere in a case of getting the best players on the park.
Richie M deserves the first crack in the 10 jersey and same goes with Jordie a 15, let's hope it happens.

Not 100% sure about the rest.I posted the starting XV earlier, 4–15 is identical which suggests to me that my source is again 100% accurate, unless you are guessing, 😀

I'm guessing they are expecting Aussie to be playing a tight game with plenty of kicking to corners, up and unders etc. The counter to that is having a back three who are all very safe under the high ball and with Barrett x2 and RM you would expect to win force backs with their boots.
I am hoping we see a very forward orientated game where we win up front first and suffocate the Aussies. I saw some promising glimpses in the NI vs SI game where the forwards seemed to be running a lot of plays themselves and doing interesting things.
The conditions/game plan just might not suit the Reece/Clarke power style game. I suspect it is going to be all about front foot ball through the forwards and Ioane.
Exciting to be guessing either way.
