It's Namibia. A prop could play 10.
Wonder if BB was channeling that thought when he spilled the ball on Wednesday.

In my opinion that's our strongest backline, sans 'dual playmakers'. I like the ALB / Goodhue midfield.
Have to disagree on current form @shark, Goodhue was injured for a while and his performance against Canada was sub-par.
Based on current form, it has to be one of the following combinations (ranked in my own personal opinion order):
- SBW and ALB with Crotty on the bench
- Crotty and ALB with SBW on the bench
ALB is THE form midfielder and has become the glue and first midfielder chosen and it will be opposition dependant as to who he partners with, SBW for an England/SA/Ireland, Crotty the others. This unfortunately, this leaves Goodhue left-right-out.
But, he does have this match to improve on his performance against Canada but I'm thinking the ALB, SBW and Crotty trio have the positions well sewed up leading into the knockout phase of the Cup.
That's nice. Goodhue has been the preferred choice until injury struck though, and it looks to me like they're giving him every opportunity to force his way back in.

We're lucky to have the luxury of resting our two main 10's.
Shag and co have obviously been honing this WC plan for a while. Only the personnel will change, but not the Plan. We all knew that Pimply Giraffe would get time in the 10 jersey at some stage.. the hints were there, as was the return of BBBR.
More interesting to me is that Frizzle has forced his way into their thinking from the outing against Canada, -

More interesting to me is that Frizzle has forced his way into their thinking from the outing against Canada.I don't think he has. They are just using him to give Cane, Savea and Read a lower workload.

Super interested to see how JB goes at 10.
Perhaps if he goes well, would he consider playing 10 for the Canes?I think Frizzle is looking good so far, so happy for him to get more time.
And looking forward to seeing Savea taking some runs from the back of the scrum.

I'm mostly afraid of players getting a card, cited or injured. I hope the game will be entertaining enough and Namibia won't get a hundy put on them.
Great haka; love the reaction of the crowd.
I'd like to see a century to be honest. Been a while since we did that.
No cards, citings or injuries please.

I bet Nz have never had a taller 10 ?

Jordie gets his first kick away without being charged down

Namibia scoring a point a minute
