Fuckin kicking the fuckin ball away hot on attack again instead of running it. Isn't that meant to be what the other guys do?

I Think Crockett can retire safe in the knowledge he has decisively shoved the old saw that he is a weak link at scrum time right down the NH scribes throats - even that paragon of AB scrums Hayman got schooled in his early days in Black a could of times.

Does Cruden have some link to Hawkes Bay? Smithy pumping his tires for his performance today big time.
Smithy is from the Poo.
Actually, he was born in Nelson.
I don't think you're quite getting the idea of this ;).

@Bones Start TJP next week?
Dagg to fullback I guess, or do they go for Jordie?
Ioane and Naholo the wings? Or does Savea come back?
I wouldn't be surprised if they bring Jordie in. The two fullbacks is an important part of our gameplan.
We did lose our shape when Cruden came on to 1st 5. He got a little better later in the 2nd half. But I'm not the biggest fan of moving Barrett from 1st 5. He's currently our best 1st 5 so should play 80 there if he's fit.
I think you're all going overboard on Cruden - he seems to be the new Fern piñata no matter what he does. We lost shape for a number of reasons, and we were already losing shape when BB was still at 10. Also, I said earlier in the thread that BB did a couple of dud kicks when it was at least 3 one which was a similar chip kick as Cruden's that went straight back of a Lion.
When the ABs pulled away in the second half Cruden was steering the ship from 10 and if you look at the good attacking play he was one of the key guys moving the ball into space.
I don't know why he was taking the line kicks though, I would have thought Barrett would have kept that job.

I thought Cruden had a good game when he came on. A lot of our good attacking moves he was part of

Jerome Kaino 5: Rarely sighted in the first half and off in the 46th minute after colliding with Cane.
This is just utter bollocks

And "Hahahahaha"
That they missed it?

"Ryan Crotty has pulled his hammy, so we already had Jack Goodhue in as a replacement to help him out with his ribs.
"Jack will be staying with us, and we will try to get Ryan ready maybe  for the last test if we're lucky."Goodhue is shit, plays in a good team is not an AB centre christ is at best a Callum Ralph. Seems you only have to pull on a Cantab shirt and your in

The Series?
Nothing won yet.
Hopefully it's a three act play.

Ah ... he was our leading ball carrier before he went off.
What blind arseclown wrote that? Kaino was massive in the first half. You have to wonder how much some of these dickheads even know about the game. Rarely sighted ffs.
-
@mariner4life yeah probably hard marking - probably because I think he handled the ball a bit more than usual but once or twice early in each half he got the ball and seemed a bit unsure on what option to take or fumbled slightly when it appeared something might be on outside him. He wasn't the only one though.
He did make some impressive runs with nice footwork you don't often see from him.

I'm surprised we don't use Dagg. He must have the longest boot - I guess not the most accurate? That missed touch was a killer though - plus the shitty dinky kick that lead to the Lions try. Apart from that, Cruden was Ok, but he wasn't especially dangerous.

Where has this come from? I think you'd be the only person who doesn't rate Goodhue. How is Malakai anyway, Mrs Fekitoa?
-
Goodhue is a very classy player but obviously very young so I'd be nervous about him starting, though obviously he'd be a bench option at best.
Crotty is a massive loss, SBW/ALB is great on attack but they are a bit disorganised on defense at times.
Personally I'd prefer those two starting with Fekitoa on the bench to come on late and smack Lions backwards.

@Wreck-Diver next you'll be telling us he wasn't. Have another Hallertau and go to sleep.
