Has their been a slower pair of wingers ever for the all blacks, pretty sure will jordan is going to walk straight into the side once fit.
I hope not, Telea already does that.

You could argue these days that an out an out fetcher is no longer really needed. All players have the ability for turnovers. Lineouts are a key battle for possession and I would say you need a genuine lineout option in the loose trio more then a fetcher.

Great teams find a way to win
This isn't a great team Mike.
Far from it.Razor thin from it
England are bloody good and you found a way twice
You should shit all over OZ and Argentina
And I wouldn't be surprised if you go 1-1 against SA
That to me is a great team
Yeah but you’re Welsh. Who isn’t great compared to your lot ?

@Chris That's the forecast according to the BBC for next Saturday.
Surprised it's not going to be warmer. https://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5391811
Yeah I thought it might be hotter from what I remember being there a couple of years ago.

So what do they do Fiji?
Adjust to playing in 25 degree heat.
Is it that hot in San Diego atm

Interesting isn't it. We didn't pick the obvious stand-out #8 in NZ this year in the squad.
The walk-up starter has been various shades of average the first 2 weeks. In a high profile environment he should be looking over his shoulder. Instead he probably gets the Fiji game off and a guaranteed shirt v South Africa -

We are so loose, when Perofeta ran from his line when he had plenty of time to kick I think he showed what the game plan was.
This is one of the most idiotic comments I have seen on this forum and that is in along history of idiotic comments.
Perofeta clearly screwed up, put himself under pressure and used his footwork to get out of it. It had nothing to do with the game plan, it was all skill execution and pressure. Plan A would have been to kick it.
I used it as an example us playing too much in our 22, and even our own half. Do you disagree we went out to run it?

So one series down and all the old problems are still apparent:
- An inability to exit.
- Aimless, uncontested kicking.
- No way around the rush defence.
- Our own defence is porous on the edges.

All we can hope is this coaching group have enough intelligence to admit their failings and actually do something about it.
I think if anything we have gone backwards from the Schmidt WC style that got us into the final.

Not sure why Ioane is being criticized. Defended well, and consistently got over the advantage line from shit ball.
He had a fucking good game considering what he was given. Couple of hard carries, some good defence as well.
Right before he got substituted he had two men outside him in space and didnt give the pass. A few minutes later DMac had a similar option, draw and pass with BB setting up Telea for try. Not saying that he gets dropped, but setting up his outsides and passing is his Achilles heal. Needs to be better at it. Coaches need to work on him.
Telea on the other hand has some limitations. Sevu is similar, faster and more effective.

Christie a 6 and Ratima a 5... and that isn't even the worst part of this.
They got this bit right
- Codie Taylor – 3
……and apparently Telea was 8.5 and B Barrett was 10 ?
No wonder journalists get paid peanuts.

LOL. Gives DMac a 9.5 and rates Dalton's efforts the same as Christie. Mark Tele’a – 8.5
Did I watch a different game?
