@Kiwiwomble he's a scientist that supports Harbour.

Angus Gardiner Ref for this SF
Prefer him to the thief.
Feel like he's going to do his best to change your mind!
I don’t think he’s that good, but distributes his wackiness across both teams.
-
@ACT-Crusader I daresay a lot of that bench won't see the field

Crusaders and Blues clashing and there's probably only Scott Barrett who's part of the ABs starting pack - and he's out of position.
It's just not right! Clearly the spreading of talent to the other franchises has gone too far.
I will do one if Papalii doesn't start this year though.

how have we got this far without a comment on the title?!
I commented on it on the first page.

On current form Paps is behind the much maligned Cane and doesn't deserve to start ahead of him.
He'll get his chance though, off the bench and in minnow games. Possibly even in warm ups.
Great that he will be there if Cane's form drops. -

Chiefs coach 🤣
As for Friday night’s first semifinal between the Crusaders and Blues and whether he’ll be keeping a close eye?
“Yeah, hell yeah,” McMillan said.
“It’s going to be a great fixture isn’t it. Bang the s... out of each other, I hope.
“Two quality teams. Crusaders a little bit banged up, but tough to beat down there, know how to get the job done. But Blues starting to come into some good form, a lot of their best players out on the park.
“So it’s going to be a hell of a game, I imagine.”

@Chris-B Personally I don’t think the Blues will ever get a better chance to beat the Crusaders in Christchurch when you look at the list of players that the Saders are missing
It say one hell of a lot about this franchise that they are going in as overwhelmingly favouritesJoe Moody
Finally Brewis
George Bower
Fletcher Newall
Sam Whitelock
Callum Grace
Ethan Blackadder
David Havilli
Sevu ReeceEveryone of those names would be in the 15-23 if available, that’s crazy
It’s definitely evens up the away advantage the Blues are definitely a chance no question
Actually looking forward to this game -
@Steven-Harris I think that is a mistake. Never ever look at who is missing from team, and look who is there, and you see a fairly reasonable team.
-
@Dan54 it’s fair to say if the saders had all the front available , that’s gives them massive depth across the 23 and Reece and Havilli who has been a standout in 2023 would have given them X factor and midfielder that’s in form
At the end of the day it’s still gonna take a hell of an effort to knock the saders off but given their disposition in and around injuries and the solid Blues earlier round robin performance despite going down
They have got to rate themselves -
@Steven-Harris yep and wasn't a criticsm of your post or anything either mate, just evey team I coached etc, I would say don't let who is injured in opposition make you think the game is easier etc, recipe for disaster.
