The post-game review won't be good. Argentina didn't have to play well to win.

Argentina and Oz to battle it out for SH supremacy. Words I didn't think I'd be writing.

Schmidt must be wondering what he got himself into.

Just watched. Have not read here. Shocker from AB's forward bench. Codie Taylor and Akira Ioane had shockers. Taukeiaho was best player on the field. Cane was everywhere and Reiko was a big threat. Wrong players seemed to be taken off.
But I kept shaking my head at the ref calls. Seemed inconsistent and very harsh indeed on AB's. Did anyone else think same? E. G. Forward passed missed. Cubelli taking ball on ground from off side position in front of the posts.
Well done Argentina. Boffelli had an amazing night.

The idea that Mo'unga is a better kicker is a joke.

Absolute fucking myth that has somehow grown over time

You pointed out midweek that he benefitted from altitude making his kicks look longer. Absolutely right.

Nah. You win some and lose some. The Argie fans are having a ball.

Fucking LOL. He came on at 65 for a shithouse Cane. Cleaned out everything, and carried well.

Well that was messy. Our attack looked bloody laboured compared to last week.

Strange old game, we played so well I thought in the first half. For me it was the subbing of the front row at 44min was the turning point. (Argie hooker got subbed at 75th min!), they were dominating and when they went off our attack changed, going a little wider and playing into puma line speed hands. Codie Taylor, awful and has been all year, so has Coles, who is 2nd hooker? also lack of composer in backs. looked rushed again in all we did and like we didn't have plan.

Their Captain, and hooker, still on.

    Out coached by Cheika.

Even worse, out coached in defence by Kidwell who almost singlehandedley destroyed the Kiwis and created the Tongan league team.

Second half issues started when we swapped out our entire front row. Those guys had another 5-10 and I would have been tempted to go deeper with Taukei'aho - he was matching Ardie's energy with ball in hand.

Fuck me, 50 seconds and a guaranteed loss on debut for Periofeta?! that is beyond cruel.
