an argie just got coat angered high by a wallaby.
Argie 7 is straight in for some handbags with the offender.
Allblacks are lacking that mongrel and solidarity right now.
Do you think it is coached out of them to reduce chances of getting carded?
Nah. If they got carded or the penalty was reversed, it'd be the coach's fault for poor on-field discipline...

Mate, that hole you've been digging, you realise you don't need to keep digging right? You're deep enough.

@Bones ?
I thought it was you I "spoke" with about wanting to feel something again. Didn't lay that bet then.
Sorry mate im lost. Yeah I mentioned wanting to feel again in relation to Laumape I think?
Nothing about gambling though.....

Have to agree. There seems a lack of passion and zero enjoyment on the field.
My wife made this comment after they showed the bench in the first half, she said they don't look like they want to be there.

On a you tube comments section ,
It goes deeper than just sacking the coach , you have no ruthlessness left ,
Jacinda has turned you all into a bunch of leftist softies đ

Gregor Paul is on point. Clearly we need new players.
There is nothing now that can happen to convince anyone in New Zealand â anyone who knows the game â that the All Blacks are going to miraculously improve without a total and brutal clean-out and reset.

What also concerns me is my total lack of emotion over the result, yes, I am disappointed but nowhere near how I used to feel when we lost. I think I have come to terms with the fact that we just aren't good enough.
I was listening to an interview with tawera Kerr - Barlow on senz,
He was saying you have to be over here in France to see what they are brewing, so much depth and talent , putting all their kids through coaching academies , they now have a mental edge that is very different to what we are used to with them , basically saying in his opinion, they now are on a different level to us and everyone else, clearly number 1 ,
If he is right , it gets worse , we are losing to Ireland and South Africa right now , not France .

We did seem to want to hold onto the ball more tonight, but we were so limp with the ball we went nowhere. So often a player caught the ball flat footed and just ran into a wall. The time we did break the D with Jordan it was an inside ball very similar to Ireland. We just look deft of ideas and simply cannot get any go forward. We again struggled to exit our half and most times we kicked back we had no chasers and they simply kicked us back into the corners. We got totally schooled tonight and it was downright embarrassing. If that was the best performance of the year we truly are fucked.

Anyway, next game the Springboks will be without Kolbe and Arendse.
The All Blacks are likely to be without BB.I hope their* injuries aren't too bad.
(*BB and Arendse)
I wonder if they will have their halfback playing?

We need tactics that include kicking for territory when moving forward with the ball. And a first five that can kick. Way too much of the first 40 minutes of most test matches we play is in our half. Maybe when we dominated other teams with turnover rugby that was ok, but it is no longer the case. Kicking game was better in 2nd half.
So much of our passing game was actually very good. But executed under great pressure at the wrong parts of the field.
Our aerial game whether chasing or defending is not good enough.

Very strange watching an AB test and knowing we had lost after 20mins. I felt Australian at scrum time hoping not to get penalised.
Only ST and SB in the tight five played approaching anything close to âgoodâ. Coles was worse than Taylor. Frizzel a waste of space, 20 minutes for 2 tackles, one miss and canât catch a ball. . Whitelock a lineout specialist and missing around the field. Ardie exposed again against a physical side and Cane was completely ineffective. Akira was fine, good at lineout, and worked hard but not getting anywhere.
Our forwards got completely dominated.

It would appear there will be no easy way back. There was greater effort from the team but we couldn't break down the saffa defence. Too often the cameras failed to show if they were offside, but either way the officials let it go. Same problems with the breakdown and basic errors. Covid19 caused us to be insular in so many ways and it hasn't helped our rugby. The two breaks I can remember were from in passes to Clarke and Jordan, too often we were intent on passing out to the sideline where we were bundled out. The result was unsurprising, and I'm numb to it now

You couldnât save that Akira was effective either.
