honestly what do you do when an opposition is at knee level? Do you just stand down?
Analysis from ITV (Bloody good, BTW ) saying it was for a swinging arm.
And questioned what a player is supposed to do with his limbs when falling down

You got to wonder if players will deliberately dive in low the way this is going
players were dropping their knees in the AFL, or shrugging the arms so tackles would end up high. And then the Umpires started cracking down on that and not penalising players who did end up tackling someone doing those things.

It only becomes a a swinging arm when there is contact with the head, otherwise it's a standard tackle

Just fall on your head, apparently. Can't use your arms to break your fall, because they might touch someone's neck or head.

Next question is... will we lose Ofa or Nepo for the Italy game - and then if we did, does Hansen call up... Franks? someone else?

Pretty much what the ITV bloke said

@westcoastie Nepo's one is the only one in danger of being cited (he says...)
-
ALB being tackled around the neck in that build-up to Barretts try
-
@No-Quarter you have to wrap your arms, you canβt lead with your shoulder. Have to stand in front and let them hit you, or let them go past and tackle from side.

push the ball carrier into the turf and fall on them.
Then you get penalised for flopping on a player.
