He was at first. If the ball carrier had let the ball go Savea would have made a steal. That was the first offence.
It's when the jackler goes straight off his feet that there is a problem.

Doing what I consider to be a 9's core role, get to the ball, get the ball to the 10, box kick occasionally.
Hasn't flapped his arms once, hasn't fucked around. -
