    Voted for Scott Robertson.
He seems a good bugger and it would piss Nepia off.๐Ÿ™‚

I picked him as one my 'two' head coaches ya bloody dipshit ๐Ÿ˜‰ . (But the terms of the poll wouldn't let me pick two so I went with Rennie).

I like Robertson, a real breath of fresh air and so far has the results to back him up.

Otherwise would be happy with Rennie.

    Robertson.

They need a coach and support staff who look in good shape, not the pack of slovenly walking heart attack fat fluffybunnies they have currently.

Failing that Leigh Hart nominated himself a couple of weeks ago, he could be in with a shot.

Robertson will give some bloody funny interviews and I am looking forward to him breaking his hip trying to breakdance after he wins the 2024 World Cup

If you looked at the main contender's CVs as a head coach at this point in time then Gatland, Rennie and Schmidt are the best qualified.

If Schmit is unavailable then Iโ€™d go Robertson. Has had success at each level heโ€™s had, and Blackadder showed that wasnโ€™t a slam dunk just cause Crusaders.

Rennie without Wayne Smith would be a risk IMO.

Donโ€™t want Gatland anywhere near the ABs.

Bringing back the "Junior All Blacks" would be a good way to give NZ based coaches international experience.

NOT Foster. I'm a f**cking Waikato boy as well. Anyone else. Anyone.

Schmidt. Rennie. Robertson. In that order, but not hugely fussed.

But NOT Foster. I've enjoyed the last decades of AB dominance, and want it to continue.

    Foster.

I think we have benefited greatly from having continuity in the coaching team for the last 16 years. Let it continue with a couple of very good assistants in the ranks.

He'd need an assistant. What's Jed Rowlands up to these days?

Want: Rennie and Robertson combo, I don't mind who is head coach.

    Expect: Foster.

Don't really want despite the hype (because I have an elephant memory when I feel like it): Schmidt.

Edit: As I could only have one vote I picked Rennie.

I agree on all counts, the Chiefs in 2012/2013 and then Crusaders in 2017/2018 showed clear signs of superb coaching, and both had tremendous success with NZ U20s to boot

The 2016 Under 20's World Cup effort was the worst performance by one of our men's XVs at an IRB event.

Rennie could come as a package deal with Jason O'Halloran. As a team they are getting good results out of Glasgow.
Rennie has/is about to sign a 12 month extension there though which would carry him through a bit late for an AB takeover.

Joe Schmidt (or Warren Gatland if he is unavailable) as Head Coach. They coach the international teams ranked two and three in the world so they know what they are doing.

In terms of assistants, Greg Feek looking after the Forwards, Scott Robertson looking after the breakdown and the defence, Ian Foster coaching the backs. Grant Fox to stay as a selector.
