It's interesting to hear him talk about how well set piece is going but he doesn't touch on exits/restarts.
Our exit/restart work sucks every game in this regime
In 2024 set piece should also include kickoffs/restarts in my view

Hansen spent years telling us how valuable experience is - and was very successful with that mantra. He failed at the end when he went away from it at RWC2019. I tend to agree with him
It depends exactly what that experience is, though. If the experience is coming off the bench, shitting the bed and giving up a game-winning position, then he couldn't have been more wrong.

Do we think Sam Cane gets his 99th on Saturday, 100th the following week and then misses EOYT?
Reckon they'll stick with him and look for new 7 the next couple of years. Dunno who though.
I have it on good authority that this next dynamo 7 is Oli Mathis apparently

Pretty funny they don't even bother listing EB as injured now. Only worth listing if he's not.
nice, I think Malk could be his sponsor

@African-Monkey Aumua's had 4 test starts.
The others are all playing in this game.
Maybe we should have picked Eddie Jones and Mark the Hammer as our coaches - these were guys who knew how to have a good cleanout!
Still fluffing your boy the Hammettuer after all these years, I admire your commitment.
But, I think you need to look up the definition of good, years of mediocrity on the field and a shrinking of the fanbase is not "good". -
@Nepia Isn't all those guys with Canes affiliations we need to be shot of (according to popular opinion here?)
TJ, Ardie, Beauden - and Cane himself! We might lose Jordie as collateral damage, but why worry?
Seems like Hammer's just the man!

Exits are seriously frustrating! Why this isn't a priority, I don't know. It has been the AB's Achilles heel for a while now. Contrast it to the Boks and Ireland .......

His MO is to ditch the performing players, not the poor performing players.

No leaks this week. Obviously the mutt has been muzzled. If ya know ya know.

I agree, not just a current regime problem. I cant believe how poor we have been at these even under the previous regime too. Unfortunately though, nothing appears to have changed "yet"

Sounds like a
dribbling bullshit artist, no wait, apoorly educated consultantused car salesman. Starts off with 'oh, learnings around...'Talks about what he wants to talk about ably assisted by the hard hitting Dorothy Dixers from Goldie.
It would be nice to hear a question that results in the coaches looking uncomfortable. Perhaps in the heat of the moment immediately afterwards on a hot mic being caught calling the reporter a fluffybunny.

They continue to reward poor performers. How Reece gets a second chance off the bench after what happened in Cape Town is beyond me. Very conservative selections once again.
Not just Capetown.
Reece has had two disastrous aerial contests this season.
Batted the ball back to an Argentinian try scorer which started the rot in that loss, and naively got himself carded against the Boks contesting another kick.

@Kirwan like when a superior ABs team smashed the French twice in France in 2006, then proceeded to lose against the same team in the QF in 2007?
Or when a superior ABs beat a France team without a coach comfortably in the pool stages, then squeaked home in the final (albeit without Carter)?
Or when the ABs squeaked home against Ireland one week, then smashed them by 60 the next week?
Maybe the Ozzies will play well at home, with home support, and emotion will keep them in the game. Rugby is a funny old game. There is no given. no matter how good your team is. Especially if you go into it expecting to win. That is normally when egg hits the face and monumental upsets happen
I reckon this weekend is tight as ducks arse scoreboard wise.
We will drop to their level and they will rise to the occasion.

The last few coaching tickets have all loved the smell of their own farts.
The three wise men moniker only works when you are winning relentlessly.
There is a real holier than thou "forgive them for they know not what they do" attitude from the likes of Jase and Hansen when answering questions from media. "Dont worry, we know better".
And thats fine, when the results back it up.When the tide goes out you see who isnt wearing any trunks.

Yet another conservtive selection in I guess what is pitched as a "must win" game.
Form in SR seems totally irrelevant now.
Same issue of "favourites" being picked and others playing out of position to accommodate, especially in the loose forward trio.
At this rate we won't get any new talent in the team until someone retires or is hideously injured.
Which is exactly what people used to constantly criticise Foster for.
Probably - but, we're fielding Sititi, Ratima, Aumua, Tosi and Darry - so 20 percent of the team is effectively newbies.
Exactly there is too many glass half empty fullas on here.
We got a forward pack to rival anyone.
There is progress being made -

I am not too worried by Tosi's scrummaging as he will face Slipper who is a shadow of his former self (a former self who has never set the world on fire, TBH). I am eager to see what he can bring in the loose. They should use him as a battering ram in midfield, among the backs, to create havoc in the Aussie defense.

Fucking. A.
Whenever somebody is using phrases like "I feel..", "... talking around ... ... what that looks like.".... fuck off.
"We've talked about winning. We've talked about winning moments, we've talked about walking towards the pressure and looking forward to it.." - yeah, mate, I'm sold. 5 year extended warranty you said? Bargain!
