Not going to pretend I'm not bias, but three Highlanders who could be within a shout.

Is Henry Bell your best hooker? The bar to replace Sami T. isn't a high one.

This season he’s surprised me with his control, kicking and general play.

The bigger the game the worst Cameron played. He was very very poor in the semi final.

He was poor in the loss to the Blues at Eden Park.

I'll throw a name out there as a bolter. Daniel Rona as a wing/centre.

Agreed, Cameron shouldn't be anywhere near the ABs. He was horrible against the Chiefs last weekend. Shat the bed big time.

DM, Barrett, Plummer, Perofeta and then him. Too close for comfort for me.

This. Cameron had one good game. He was otherwise poor (e.g. semi) or barely adequate

In contrast, Morgan has 2 good enough games. And one where he was beyond awful

Mitch Dunshea considering the lock shortage. Oli Haig... probably more likely for the end of year tour, but the ABs supposedly like him, and want to lock in his availability with England surely circling (and Australia lol).

Depending on how confident they are in fullback options, Jacob Ratumaitavuki-Kneepkens may get a look in. I reckon because of his age he may have jumped Stevenson, so if they want two out and out 15s (rather than Barrett, Perofeta, Nanai-Seturo, Narawa etc.) they could potentially pick him alongside Love.

Oli Haig is my main absolute bolter too, with my Highlanders glasses on of course. His stats are pretty good and match up quite well. He can easily switch between lock and loosie. Is probably a different type of loosie than what the bulk of the popular picks are. It would be interesting to know if he is one of the Highlanders four who got a trip to Wellington. As mentioned he is very attractive to the English and Australians due to his wide ranging eligibility.

My bolter is George Dyer. He does stuff well that other props don't in a game that ranges side to side. Fitness and handling skills are good. I feel Ofa for one has been caught out a lot this year when he gets run around. So if AB's decide that an expansive game is their aim then Dyer is worth watching tomorrow. If he can hold up well in the scrums that is.

Reckon my Tavatavanawai call pips Rona.

Where did you see this? de Groot, Fakatava, Haig for definite I'd think... Dunshea/JRK/Tavatavanawai for the other one. I'd lean JRK considering outside back shortages. I suppose it could also have been Millar considering McKenzie, Plummer and Perofeta are unavailabale.

Where has this information come from? According to my sources they are very interested in Hayden Michaels but prefer Oliver Haig. My sources are referring to him as the Haig train. Really need to lock up the Haig Train before England or Portugal gets ahold of him. Cheers Guru

Oliver Haig is class, but I'd give him a run in the ABs XV first.
