The boy (11 and loves playing the game) just walked off saying it was crap and boring .... couldn't disagree with him. Just hard to see the young fella not loving it.......
The basics skills have been very poor. Aimless kicks etc.
Canes probably should have 2 more tries...

@Winger the problem is Cameron has no counter attack and he’s received most of the kicks on counter. We need someone like Godfrey at 10 who has the running game to put teams to the sword.

Hurricanes should be up by 20 but have no patience, and love kicking the ball away
Crusaders scrambling well, but just a little composure would pull them apart

@Canes4life Haven't really mounted any real pressure though in the red zone apart from the try.

The Canes need to bring Kirifi on early in the second half. He was our best player pre-season and we need a bit of fire to rev the boys up.

His whole game is average. Line kicking average. Goal kicking. Inconsistent. Passing average. Running. Doesn't exist

And getting on the wrong side and not moving until told.

I don’t mind us being scrappy in this game. Winning ugly is sometimes what you have to do, we need to be more ruthless in the second half.
