George North returns as one of seven changes for Wales against England

George North starts at outside centre for Wales as one of seven changes to Wales' starting XV for Saturday's Six Nations Test with England at Twickenham.

Jeepers North has been around for awhile. Not many outside backs have that longevity in the modern game.
