RWC QF: All Blacks v Ireland

@ShitMcCaw think there's a clear distinction to be made between the rugby team led by distasteful characters and goodsorts like yourself and the other Irish posters on here (although to be fair, even outside the forum my experience with Irish fans has found ones like yourselves to be few and far between, but I'm the common denominator there).
We don't hate you. Love you boo

Dunno. Never felt offended by gobby, audacious players like Mike Philips and McCaw. Ireland needed gobby and audacious players like sexton and o’mahony too. You don’t like losing to us because of the history, but we ain’t ever winning those those games without characters just like that. Anyway to the victor the spoils. You’ll put 40+ on Argentina.

No problems with that - I think the fact those blokes were willing to say it showed that they believed they could beat the ABs. Not typically the NZ way - notable exceptions like Coles aside - but every team has to run their own race. The Paddies have run theirs well, which makes this victory so special. Still up there with the England 2003 as the best ever NH team of the professional era

And again. If we make it to the final against England we're fucked.
I'm hoping we still have receipts from 2019 to draw on
Raynal can't read receipts in English.

Ah lads, it’s been difficult reading this forum over the last few weeks. So many of you putting us down, spitting on us and talking shit about our players. There has been a hint of a paradigm shift in the last few years and some of you have struggled with that and when I read the comments here it reminds me of the way people used to speak about the all blacks and the way they conducted themselves in the past. It may surprise you, but in Ireland we see NZ as the ultimate rugby team, presumably the best team in any field sport, ever. You were sensational last night. You clearly hate us but well done and good luck. Your ruck work and line speed was astonishing.
As someone who lived in Ireland for 7 years (Cork, Galway, Dublin) with 2 of 3 kids born there I don’t dislike the Irish. Far from it. But the « pacific island poaching, NZ cheats, refs always favour » NZ grew thin. Now that you have got a lot better and got some wins there is less of that. Won’t miss sexton though even if I supported Leinster when I was in Ireland. And hated Aki and Gibson-Park scoring against us. But you guys are always grest craic. And a bloody good rugby team now with a great development programme in place.

That like calling Richie McCaw a Scotsman.
It wouldn’t surprise me if Alo had never stepped foot on Tongan soil for anything more than a quick visit.
You are confusing nationality with heritage. Anyway he’s an adopted Irishman now
Leicester was born there, and moved to NZ as a toddler

Don't see what was wrong with his comments. He was right: Ireland didn't play near their potential (based on the 54 minutes I've seen) and lost because it it.
Did see his comments but perhaps Ireland didn't play to their potential because we played so well. Didn't see any domination from their forwards or penetration in the backs compared to the NZ tests.

Irish fans are talking about us attacking the breakdown and slowing their ball enough to disrupt their usual play

The morning after , It’s funny how one game can completely change perceptions,
All of a sudden with a fully fit squad and a winnable semi final in front of us , we look very well placed

How did our coaches miss Aki?
He wasn't this good in NZ and left before he could improve.
He was a lot smaller then?
