I think Paea was talked up in his first year. Prior to the 2021 season. He got injured in pre-season. Provincial season confirmed he was kak. Dawai talked up before last aeason. Had some howlers in his first couple of games. Then dropped. Just lucky they signed decent length contracts. It isn't good when players who can't start for their provincial teams are in the top Super sides.

seriously average stuff from the landers, basic tackle technique lacking (excluding a couple of excellent exceptions) , players getting isolated with the ball, I have not heard of this Dawai fella... but he is 7 different shades of shit.
Landers need to hold on to some possession and commit the defense in close before going wide.

halftime show over selling the quality of the game as usual.... if I was not a landers supported I would have switched channels by now

Parkinson, de Groot, Ainsley, Withy, Renton, Lowe and Gilbert good. Apisai, Paea, Dawai really shit. The others ok.

At this stage I'm starting to think the amount of penalties will be greater than the scoreline. Some of these professional players are dumb as fuck.
