Foster, Robertson etc

You'd like to think if we lose next weekend (as it would appear we will) then NZR need to come out from behind the rock and make a decision.
It is crystal clear under Fozzies leadership things are going backwards at a rate of knots, NZR must start working on contingency plans, or accept he is there through 2023, where our fall from grace will be at the amusement of NH media.
A line must be drawn, calls must be made.

Wait! What? Is that still an option?

@Old-Samurai-Jack well you'd have to think if they dont kick him for touch before the EOYT, they wont?
Just my opinion.

@chimoaus probably cost them >$6m to get rid of Foz and then buy O'Gara out of his contract
Foster has until 2023 RWC I think. So surely not a huge amount for him. Maybe for Foster and his assistants (Plumtree etc) and buying out O'Gara. But would O'Gara shift now he's a successful head coach? And would the NZRU be keen on doing this again especially with a foreign coach

O'Gara seems to have a tight relationship with Robertson but yes you would think long term he would want to be an international head coach.

Fuck Foster and his gaslighting

@Winger again?
Maybe referring to buying out Mooar was it? NZR paid $400K for Mooar to be released from Scarlets I think. That clearly was not money well spent lol.

Jesus Christ, what planet is he on?
“I know people are frustrated, and we’re frustrated with the results,” he added, “But you don’t achieve growth if you get too panicky and start making dramatic changes and put too much pressure on players. We want them to feel the pressure tonight, understand what it’s like playing test matches over here, and we’ve got to be sharper in what we do
No wonder the players love him, he's a useless fat soft teddy bear, all touchy feely, and no pressure
Those are quotes that should be made by coaches of Tonga or Romania, not the fucken All Blacks !!!

O’Gara would have his sights on getting into the Emerald Green coaching mix I would have thought but maybe some AC role with another first

Robinson wouldn't commit to Foster after Africa on radio the other day. Then the story came out that he will ask Foz to resign after Africa if ABs don't improve. Foster is gone.

@KiwiMurph Hence Foster saying it was the best performance of the year?

We were up against a crowd who were so joyous and having fun. ABs were nervous, consigned to the fact they were going to be criticised. I don't care if they lose again this year. I want them to free up and have some fun
I thought the Bok crowd was fantastic! Great PR for the sport, I'd love to take part in that sort of atmosphere!
(That was one of only two good things for me, the other is that our fwds coach looks to be an improvement esp given he is working with arguably not the best props NZ could muster-where is the bring back Owen campaign?!)
