Playing for an associate doesnt affect qualification for full member countries.As if we as a cricketing nation would ever stoop to poaching players of any sort of dutch origin.
He was actually born in SA so would probably fit right in.

It's OK - the Dutchies have largely poached him.
He's mainly a Jaapie so perfectly fine for us!

Watched the Black Cap innings from the top of the bank. Much more fun than the New Years Test
We were briefly worried that Latham was going to pinch all the available runs when he picked out that hard run two early, but eventually singles and blocking prevailed.

And he's presided over the worst Blackcaps season performance since 2012, 0-4 to India, loss to Bangladesh where team looked woefully prepared & tactically inept, the capitulation against South Africa (and only winning 1st test because SA players had been sitting in MIQ unable to train).
