I had to look it up, but they only reference the arm in other sections.
SO yeah, interesting. Mind you, the laws as written, adn the laws as applied are completely different

Rebels robbed of a try by Pickerill.
If you card a player a metre from the line with a maul going forward, why not award the try under the posts?

it's just such a lottery. No wonder the players get frustrated. That's exactly the sort of tackle they're trying to get out of the game

Why's it pathetic? That's very fucken low end and definitely doesn't deserve a card, penalty seems spot on.
If I've ever seen a textbook display of what constitutes a penalty try though...that's fucked up.
