This referral shit has got to go
What do you mean? That was clearly almost the wrong decision

Yip the system worked fine.

Is Super Rugby Aus doing these referrals?
They have been doing for a few years when you listen to all the bleating when the tahs play 😁

@kiwimurph so hopefully it is done away with.
Problem is in last 5 then Barrett has nothing yo lose using it

I would do exactly the same thing, nothing to lose

Crusaders are no better at game management than any other Super Rugby team in New Zealand. They beat teams by having better players. Their decision making is just as poor, IMO.

Why? If the referee gives a shit penalty, why shouldn't it be challenged? Barrett had a go, as he is entitled to but the referees made the right decision.

I bang on about this but that poor exit by the Chiefs really sums up the difference between these teams. Those 20 metres make a huge difference
Not really. Chiefs got back into the game through a poor exit by Reece.
Key moment in the game. That and Richies missed kick. Great game though.

Great win by the Chiefs. They look a better team without the AB captain.

My only concern with it there, was the chiefs wouldn't have been able to use their referral for a hit and hope against the saders that may have happened before the breakdown (e.g. the borderline obstruction by the player in front of the ball carrier).
