There's a heck of a lot of babies rolling out with that bathwater, after a game full of lethargy and errors that we drew.
One change in the forwards and a couple in the backs. Changes to the starting XV would probably ideally be guys from the bench.
I wanted those changes before the last test. The team selected was absurd in so many areas.

Sure, but runs on the board count. Guys are rusty in their first game of the season for a reason. Now we want the next team to have the same rust?
Gently gently catchy monkey.

@Bones
Fair point. There should be only minor changes.simple is Sotutu for a parental Savea, Clarke for Bridge swap and then BB for DMac.
I'm still not sold on JG/RI midfield, but in the absence of Jordie reading the fern and deciding to have a crack there, it's worth perservering with.

Yeah, the universal laws of being reasonable certainly grant fozzie mooar of a chance to work us out of this hole. Before we we hang him from a plumtree on a stormy night and then tell him and his mates to feek off🙂
Nice work with the addition.

Grant Fox just said it's a 3-test Bledisloe.
It is now that the first test of 4 was a draw

Just the way we like it! First to win 2 tests takes it home.
That of course if there’s not another draw this Sunday...least it’s not a loss aye Fozz

@Hooroo yeah, if I were a selector I'd keep on with the combination. Midfield is hard - and he's got so much upside at 13 it's worth perservering.
That said, I'm not sure why they have picked Goodhue at 12. There must be a reason, but he seems so much a better 13
Size. I think they prefer a physical 12.

@Crucial defensively Goodhue was good, think I only saw 1 missed tackle, but its also his work at securing ball he does an awful lot too, but he does that at 13 also.
He only touched the ball a couple of times going forward, I think he could make a good 12, but he isnt a world class 12 at the moment, but we know he is a world class 13, although will he still be if he gets put back there.
It was a bit odd that ALB went to 13 but I guess that they didn't want to potentially upset the 10/12 thing as RM was getting worse at that stage and there was no replacement for him.
I will give RM a tiny bit of slack as he got smashed late at least twice and was heavily targeted with hits to stop him being on his feet for second phase attacks
If that's how easy it is to throw him off his game then it really makes one wonder if he has the minerals for test footy
