Player ratings are meant to be just that. Not a reflection on disapointment over the overall team.
Cane deserves way more than a 6. That was a seriously impressive performance. -

That and having a clear game plan would have made a big difference

Yes. Drawn series, holder keeps it, but Ozzie have to win next 2 of three games. Thus a draw as good as a win for Oz, cos if they lost this they'd have to win the next three. Now they only have to win 2 of the next 3, same as us
Conversely a second draw counts as a win for us, then we only have to win one of the other two games, haha
