Wales coach Warren Gatland:
The week's preparation...
"It's been good, if you can't get up for a World Cup semifinal then you're in a bit of trouble. We're trying to be the first Welsh team to make a final, so we're excited."
On his team...
"Losing becomes a habit, as does winning. The greatest attribute probably is that they don't give up. And that's all you can ask for as a coach, that they don't throw in the towel."
Is he excited...
"[Has a good long chuckle]. Very excited, yes." -
Springboks coach Rassie Erasmus:
On how his team's feeling...
"They're excited but they're nervous as well, the last couple of years we haven't done too well and we're not too experienced in these situations if you look at our squad. We're very excited but certainly some butterflies."
On how they've been building going into this one...
"We've got some good momentum coming into this game, but they do as well, winning the Six Nations. The only way we can get momentum is on the field, and I guess that will be determined in the first 10-15 minutes." -

Very conflicted for this one.
Supporting my welsh pals in the pub, but don't know who I want England to face. Head says SA should win. My bones know Wales can prevail.
Will go with the flow I guess, but may find myself cheering a bit louder for the celts. It's a win win isn't it old mate?
You have Welsh mates, and I think you'd have a much easier ride against them in the final.
I however will be supporting SA, I think that final against your mob will be brutal.
