Game over. First match ruined. How many more?

    They are professional athletes.

The shortest player on the pitch is most probably 5' 8"

That's 68 inches of height to tackle.

He chose to target the top 12-18 inches.

    Evolove or die.

    Correct decision.

Japanese got it right didn't they, get them low, behind the gain line.

    Uruguayans too. Excellent technique.

@Rebound Farrell did not duck right before contact. That's rubbish.

@MiketheSnow Really correct decision. Farrell fucking ducked right before impact. Wtf must the tackler do, let him fall over the advantage line

Really? What do you think the tackler must do? Is it that hard to figure out?

@KiwiMurph So what did he do squat. He certainly went lower at the last minute. What was the tackler supposed to do. Bail out after he already committed. Really?

The decision was 100 % right , I’m not disputing that, just expressing disappointment that the contest is probably over already,

Jesus h. Nobody can be that dim to not figure out the tackler can't aim at the top of the shoulders. Well at least I thought that...

@Bones Yes it's extremely hard to figure out. This is exactly the same as Sinckler jumping at the last minute for Lions the tackler already committed. The ref cannot say there's no mitigation

Owens bottles it. Clear cut YC, you are not allowed to tackle the player when he is more than a foot in the air.

It's ridiculously simple and nothing at all like the sinckler incident.

England should take this easy now, but their limited attack game gives Argentina a chance
