@Rancid-Schnitzel didn’t mention the 50 metre kick was talking about sideline conversions
And the right side is harder to kick from the left side BB missed the easy kick of the 3 sidelines Mounga kicked his 2 from the harder side
Pretty simple reallyWhat other kick are you talking about? He only missed one conversion and it was right on the sideline. The other missed kick was the 50 metre effort by Jordie. Your claim that two easy kicks were missed is idiotic.

@Stargazer they are , you kick different angles for the fade to hit your target harder from the Right for Right foot kickers as you are inclined to hook or kick too far to the right and over estimate the angle for the fade into the posts
-
@Rancid-Schnitzel yes I made a mistake on the other kick my bad

So you still think a touchline kick is easy?
-
@Rancid-Schnitzel yes from the left hand side
For a right foot kicker it is a lot easier
Moungas where harder I kicked many so I know it’s harder through experience it’s easier in the wind as well to fade from the left side than the right -

@Rancid-Schnitzel it’s not a hard kick from the left side I would expect in a major game our number 1 kicker to kick it don’t know I will ask Ritchie tomorrow and let you know what he’s says

@Bones did you read what I said left side is easier for a right foot kicker than the right
BB missed the easier of the 3 sideline conversions Mounga kicked his from the right side the harder side
So BB had the easier sideline conversionYes I read what you said. You made some dumb claim someone had their panties in a twist because they disputed your absurd claim that kicks at goal from the sideline are easy.

It's nice that he still finds time in his busy schedule to meet those with special needs.

@Rancid-Schnitzel part of the ethos of a paid coach my friend is talking and communicating with other sports people to float different training ideas it’s called cross sport philosophy
We use it a lot to change up our coaching environments. So we don’t get stale
As for special needs I am not sure what you have to do with it -

Is it often that rugby players seek the counsel of a cricket coach after a game?
-
@Rancid-Schnitzel
We do a lot as it’s creates different training environments every sport searches through other sports to take a little bit here and there
To add something different it helps to stay ahead of the opposition if we get stale we lose our jobs I coach in the Australian cricket system it’s quite cut throat if I can go to Rugby Park and trade ideas with some other coaches from other sports I will and get paid to go back home for a week all good -

@Stag and BB missed 2 easy kicks Mounga nailed all his even from the wrong side of the park and from the touchline which ended up being matching winning kicks
Would have lost the WC final missing those easy kicks. You did say it Chris. They were on his favoured side. But they were not easy kicks
