Interesting Shag saying , we want to play two playmakers ,
The argument he makes seems to make more sense with Beaudy at fullback and Richie and first-five. Having two points of attack to take the defence's focus off one is a great idea in theory, but if the English defence start forcing Barrett to make errors I expect McKenzie to as well. When the poor option taking happens it seems to be contagious with those two.
I suspect that might be the longer term plan , but want to ease Richie into it ,
In this game he will get game time at 10 , Beaudy back to FB ,
I would not be surprised to see him starting next year and McKenzie back to the
benchNPCFixed

@mn5 pretty sure when Ben Blair (our last midget 15) played at Twickers we lost...
Yes, rather worrying.
Also the following year when Caleb Ralph had a shocker too.

@mikethesnow haha that would suggest England are going to score a try?
I think (think) @mikethesnow was suggesting a margin between 16 and 21. Five points isn't a 'canter'.
Correct 👍

@bovidae @taniwharugby Thanks. Something and nothing really though, I mean you wouldn't want them to be saying we're encouraging him to stand back and admire them would you? Really?

@crucial That is interesting and I think illustrates two things about NZ. Firstly that the depth is that good that it is never felt that the team is being weakened by using the bench (not sure I agree, but it would seem to be the view). Secondly that Hansen and co are very good at providing experience for a large group of players - building for the future.
