Springboks V All Blacks

@stargazer oh obviously because there could be no other reason. I reckon @ACT-Crusader could name a team to make you happy.
-
I like this lineup and the only changes Iād make to the 23 would be in the forwards and that is down to available personnel.
-
Not convinced the SBW-Goodhue pairing tells us much more about their preference there, they know how well Crotty-Goodhue works, how good SBW-Crotty works and seen a bit of both pairings with ALB as well...I am surprised they haven't started the ALB-Goodhue one though, may see it on EOYT, that is one that I reckon could take us through the next few years, starting with next years RWC.

Hansen said as much in the presser - apart from the ALB stuff, but that must be their thoughts for the future.

But Perry is available...
Do you mean Taufua at 6?

TAB has the ABs at $1.19 and Boks at $4.55.
Despite all the articles talking this game up, seems like the punters don't expect us to lose.
I don't either.
You've put your hand up as our first scapegoat should things go awry.

Fear is not a factor for me!
...at least in this game.

My well documented ALB bias aside, why is Crotty on the bench?
Given how the ABs play the game, having the "safe organiser" on the bench seems a strange move.

I think that with the current setup there has to be specialist midfield cover. Personally I think ALB is a 'better' impact player but maybe they are looking for better leadership and decision making added into the end mix as well. All very well chucking on impact and speed but if the right authority isn't there to call the shots you can get the problems we had in the loss.
Or it could just be that on injury cover alone they feel more comfortable with Crotty on the bench.

So that if he comes on with 30 to go and is immediately injured, then the ABs get to practice being under stress?

I don't need stress practice.
