Other than under Law 10.4c, an offside player can be put onside when:

You are offside if you are in front of a team mate who last played the ball and have not been put onside. He was put onside by being put onside before he played it. I thought so live and it proved to be true on replay.
Will need to look this one up. You can be put into side by a team mate who dropped the ball a second ago?
