Sam Cane is having a monster game. Otherwise really missing retallick and Squire anonymous.
Butter fingers in the backs and McKenzie back to taking wrong options at times.
-
@nepia we have an intercept and one decent build up of phase play. In the meantime we've dropped about 8 good opportunities in possession.
Read hasn't taken a bad option IMHO - the sticks were easy decisions when you're dominating territory.
But I think we will see a bit more intent second half with ball in hand.
ABs missed 14 tackles of 80. Wallabies missed 6 of 42.

Naholo going well eh. Looks the part tonight.
Yep, and he has even made smart defensive decisions like not tackling Folau in the air.
-
I reckon there was a forward pass in the lead up, but that was a well worked try. ABs look tired, and there were no effective tackles in the last 5 minutes - many were made, but none were aggressive and slowed the Ozzie’s down.
Poor 1st half for Squire & Crotty - plus I reckon Sops has been pretty average. SBW has been pretty good.
We really look like we rely on Retallick. Without him there, the forwards look a bit average.
-
RugbyPass - missing all the analysis etc is more than made up for by sometimes listening in on the guys behind the scenes, preparing for said analysis.
"How do you want me to end it?"
"Aagh, just some stuff about how they've got to better in the second half, or something like that" -

He's at least made 2 - the side on clear out and the not getting to his feet pilfer.
We've made a lot of tackles then, which we could suffer from in the late stages of the game.
