We have been on top and the Wallabies are making heaps of mistakes but we have just put no pressure on them over the last ten minutes.

Nice try folau. Ran an acute angle and gassed the forwards.

You've got to laugh when Justin Marshall finally says something right - about folau running too lateral - then folau immediately runs laterally and scores.
Sometimes you just can't catch a break.

Agreed, this is a poor looking Wallabies side, and somehow we go into halftime only one point ahead... hmmm.

That was an impressive lead up to that try. Beale took a high ball on their 22 and they phase played it up the field easily.

    Squire's defensive impact is minimal.

Very poor six by AB standards.

@tim I barely noticed him until I saw him at a lineout.

But the ABs aren't running it much at the moment. Think we'll see that change toward the back end

@nta Your pessimism and abuse of your team worked wonders in that last 5 minutes.

Am I allowed to say that Crotty has looked average tonight without getting my head bitten off?

AB's have kicked quite a bit of ball away. That last bomb from Sopoaga was such a waste.

I think that was a misread by SBW who came in for hooper when he should have stayed out.

@nepia Crotty has not looked sharp at all tonight.

Sam Cane is having a monster game. Otherwise really missing retallick and Squire anonymous.

Butter fingers in the backs and McKenzie back to taking wrong options at times.

Yeah weird game. Underwhelmed by a few but still a half game to go.

    Aussies jersey is nice.

    Barnes is still a cock.

@nepia we have an intercept and one decent build up of phase play. In the meantime we've dropped about 8 good opportunities in possession.

Read hasn't taken a bad option IMHO - the sticks were easy decisions when you're dominating territory.

But I think we will see a bit more intent second half with ball in hand.

ABs missed 14 tackles of 80. Wallabies missed 6 of 42.

Yep, and he has even made smart defensive decisions like not tackling Folau in the air.

Crockett missed tackle on Hooper that got them over the adv line and led to the try. Soft when we had squeezed them so well.

I reckon there was a forward pass in the lead up, but that was a well worked try. ABs look tired, and there were no effective tackles in the last 5 minutes - many were made, but none were aggressive and slowed the Ozzie’s down.

Poor 1st half for Squire & Crotty - plus I reckon Sops has been pretty average. SBW has been pretty good.

We really look like we rely on Retallick. Without him there, the forwards look a bit average.

RugbyPass - missing all the analysis etc is more than made up for by sometimes listening in on the guys behind the scenes, preparing for said analysis.
"How do you want me to end it?"
"Aagh, just some stuff about how they've got to better in the second half, or something like that"

He's at least made 2 - the side on clear out and the not getting to his feet pilfer. 😉

We've made a lot of tackles then, which we could suffer from in the late stages of the game.
