The build up to this test has been pathetic. Eddie or Ella throw a troll line out, Cheika bites, and the press laugh as the shit writes itself.

I would always support the wallabies over the poms, but especially tonight. Fuck Eddie, he's getting too smug

England shambolic so far, Aussies nicely going through the phases and ahead 7-0 after a seemingly dominant England scrum forgets to hook the ball and concedes a tighthead on own 5m line

Got up for a piss and just watched the last 5. Bonocock again shows his awesome ball skills by throwing a cut out pass to a pom for a try.

Game over. Season to forget for the clown.

I think the most standout thing in this match has been just how abysmal a referee Peyper has become. Couldn't be more hometown if he tried.

A few thoughts before I hit the beers:
That was never a yellow for gold 14
    Yarde took his chance well
Ford needs to get his big boy pants on and kick his goals like Farrell
Kepu, what pace for his try!
Ben Youngs king of the dummy - I'd have kept him on for longer.

Youngs was all class Phipps had a mare. The main difference between the sides.

Did I just hear Pocock is off to play rugby in Australia? Where they go whaling right? Gee what an activist.

Yards started awful, but certainly came back into it. Lawes was awesome, think Hughes did more than Vunipola does too.

Good on Ford to come back from what was looking like going to Quadesville. Odd England didn't take the 3 when the bullshit yellow card came out, that would've shut the game down.

Nice win, although think Aussie choked a bit. Great year England!

Poms good but really horrible by the Wobs though. I can’t recall once when they kicked for territory or kicked to keep the Pom defence guessing. It was all a bit predictable really. Phipps and Foley have to take a bit of the blame. The Clown should fall on his tactical sword.

Well well. 6N should come down to Ire vs Eng in Dublin, but I rate France a chance to throw a spanner in the works, although Ireland have France at home.

The NH somewhat owned the AIs in the end, not a single signature SH display, bar Australia creaming a truly woeful Wales.

agree with everything except I thought Yarde was pretty shit, had a mare against Naivalu on D in the first half.

Not sure if we should be worried or not. England looked crap in the first half but were totally dominant in the second half. Their second half display scares me, to be honest, but they did get a huge helping hand from the officials and the wobs looked buggered. They are still a very good team and if they were to have a game against the ABs at Twickenham right now, I would not be able to call it.

Yes England look good but like all Northern Hem teams they are so comfortable playing at home. I judge them more on the way they play away from home. So the 6 Nations (mean the 6 yawns) away games for England will tell us more. They have a mental attitude that home advantage has a bearing on the result. They love the replays on the big to makes sure the crowd gets what they want.

Yeah and apparently June tests don't count for Nth hem teams, according to them they are SO tired 😀 after a long season.
Aussie in June are not the same beast that played at Twickenham today (or in Dublin last week) and neither are England but Nth Hem teams have this mentality that away from home means you cant win. It all steams from there coaches and media who reinforce this by saying its ok to lose away from home in club games. I hear it week in week out with the premiership teams, Pro 12, Top 14 coaches saying that its so hard to win away from home before the game has even kicked off. This transfers to the international sides. Come in June and win regularly in the Sth hem, like we do every year up north and remember its our end of season tour, and then you will be taken seriously.

Bloody hell, that match had me chewing my fingernails most of the way through. The only time I felt sure about the winner was during the first 20 minutes. Were Aussie that good or were we that bad? Dunno, perhaps a bit of both.

Peyper's performance wasn't that great but also it wasn't as poor as some would suggest. He missed a few knock ons but not too many glaring errors that influenced things. Yellow card was a joke though.
