@NTA great stuff by Beale, and i really like that jersey (as much as i can like any Wallaby jersey). Should be worn all year.

Steven Moore was at kids training last night. He's a BMW rep and they had 4 (beautiful) cars there hoping perhaps to flog some of them off to the more well-heeled parents.
He seemed like a really good bloke. Stayed for ages and gave dozens of selfies, autographs etc., raffled some rugby balls. Embarrassingly my youngest said he just wanted to look at the cars (fark I hope Moore didn't hear that) and my eldest only gives a shit about skateboarding.
Anyway, I take my hat off to him. Obviously the Reds' appalling season gave him plenty of time for the visit, but he seemed to be a genuinely good bloke who enjoyed being there. While my own spawn didn't appreciate it, many certainly did.
Respect Mr Moore.

On a good day he looks like a bulldog chewing on a wasp so I'd say he's punching above his weight there.

Because SA js starting to align themselves with Europe ... I can see why the Aussies are pushing to break up super rugby

Southern Kings and the Cheetahs are to be cut from Super Rugby in South Africa with a move for them suiting Pro12, which has been seeking expansion and increased TV revenue

That's a bit of a shunt. Despite our poor overall performance mid-year, Hunt was one of the highlights.
Agreed. He's been very good for the Reds. Probably wouldn't have started given Beale's coming back, Folau has the fullback spot and there's also Kerevi and Kuridrani, but I would have had him on the bench.

@antipodean I'm a bit wary of Beale's return. As we've seen many (many) times in the last decade, carving up in Europe isn't always a decent indicator of anything to do back here.
I would have had Beale on the bench, Hunt starting with Foley. More of a vanilla start, but X-factor coming in.
