I don't usually get involved in pile-on's but I'm prepared to make an exception for Johnny.
I've always hated him. He never looks happy and and always looks within an inch of spontaneously combusting. Deep down, I suspected it was more of a Gregan type relationship, where the hate was based on respect that he was just so damn good ....
However, it looks like I was right. He is also right though, about the so much for the no dickheads policy there. There are two ways of dealing with dickheads. You ignore them, or you stoop to their level.
So I'm going to cut Rieko some slack.
I have absolutely no problem with one of our boys having the final word on that c*nt's career. Especially after sucking it up and keeping quiet over so many years.
And that's the beauty of it - Jonny has no answer to it.
And having now had a cry about it after dishing out verbals for so many years he just looks like a soft prick.

It probably shows how out of touch with reality Sexton is if he thinks being given a serve was out of order.

Well I'm glad to see that Johnny is being the bigger man and not stooping to Reiko's level and instead of keeping his gripes man to man and leaving them on the field has published them in a book so he can whinge and moan to the absolute maximum amount of people he possibly can.

It was always about internal standards, not being nice to the opposition. For example Coles & Retallick

And if it was said, it was in jest, he's just walking up to shake his hand.
If there were words said by Rieko, I assume they were said in the instant of the call (check the very last few seconds where Rieko satrts shouting as the penalty is called).

This looks to me like Sexton said something objectionable to Rieko before Rieko shoots back with something - presumably the barb about missing his flight home - that Sexton then takes serious offence to.

As expected the Irish (at least the Leinster fans) are up in arms. The Irish like to think of themselves as the custodians of fair play etc. Such hypocrites!
