Wales (1-15): Gareth Thomas, Dewi Lake, Archie Griffin, Christ Tshiunza, Dafydd Jenkin,s Taine Plumtree, Tommy Reffell, Aaron Wainwright, Ellis Bevan, Ben Thomas, Rio Dyer, Mason Grady, Owen Watkin, Josh Hathaway, Liam Williams.
Reserves: Evan Lloyd, Kemsley Mathias, Harri O’Connor, Cory Hill, James Botham, Kieran Hardy, Sam Costelow, Nick Tompkins.
He must be 50 now.
Great to see him still playing, obviously switching to the front row has prolonged his career

Australia should be favourites even though it’s a new team
At home
Good mix of experience and youth
Wales on the slide, 7 losses in a row I thinkWe could struggle at scrum
Locks and back row solidScrum half winning second cap
Outside half playing there for first time at international level
Not our best centre partnershipGood backs bench
So Wales by 5-9

Jeeepers, I’ve only heard of two of that 23, and one of them is a Kiwi who couldn’t get a game in super rugby.

Quite a few in that 23 who put your mob out of the RWC

Apologies

An athletic second row partnership and a strong, balanced back row. Both look good to me. I have doubts about the centre partnership - I agree with @pooler-fan (I think) who felt that Gats was trying to recreate Jamie Roberts with Mason Grady purely on account of he's big. Early days though so I might be being a little unfair. If I was a Wales fan <shudder> I'd be worried about throwing those two half backs in but then again, it is only Australia. Apologies to @ACT-Crusader @NTA et al but, well, you know.

I can take being called a one-eyed Cantab, even some of the more colourful descriptions held for Crusader supporters, but never ever ever have I been insulted like this before!
An Australian supporter??? If we were at a pub…

Abject apologies. I’d assumed you’d lived over there long enough to have a bit of Ocker rubbed off on you.

Good interview, but why host it in an aircraft hanger

Slipper shouldn't be playing test rugby.
Surely a reflection of the limited options available to Schmidt. Still can't believe he's considered the best of the rest given his age and how prone to injury he is.
A younger Welsh prop should be able to do a number on him.
And Tupou's charmed life continues when you look at his work rate and errors.

Schmidt’s cunning plan. Low work rate = fewer errors.
Genius when you think about it.

Unfortunately our stocks are low too

That would be an achievement in Canberra!

That depends on if they pay the extra

I've never noticed 'Awstralia' before. I like it, it sort of looks like a sympathetic 'Aww, Straya'
