Hurricanes vs Chiefs

I'm happy with the loose forward trio for the Chiefs, just has better balance. Glad to see Sititi who is an out and out 8 get another crack.
Will certainly be a very interesting match-up, I'm looking forward to seeing how both teams approach and play this game.

@Canes4life just lacks the size, maybe couple more years ,seen it with the Hurricanes loose forwards,
-
@Canes4life Sititi should be at the canes anyway. Surely he can be lured.
-
@Canes4life no idea but dad was a lion and cane.
-
@Canes4life don't think so,

He's about the same size (height and weight) as Ardie. So easily big enough for an 8.
edit Esp with Shields (1.94) and Lakai as 6 and 7

@Canes4life according to Canes site Iose weighs more than Flanders, do you reckon that's right?

ALL rugby stats. Iose seems to have bulked up a lot. He's quite solid now

@Canes4life apart from Roigard, and it's pretty close, Iose has been our best IMO. Certainly doing his best Ardie impression, save for maybe some on the ball turnovers.

@Bones interesting, what school did he go to?
De La Salle in South Auckland, SJK's alma mater.

A lot will be happy that that loose forward trio. I had thought that MSR would be in the 23.
That is the best back row for the Chiefs. Jacobsen plays similar to Cane so I think his best position is probably at 7. Finau and Sititi bring plenty of hard shoulders

I thought the tight 5 might decide this match
But it might be Cameron. He's had a few poor games and if he has another one it might be the killer for the Canes
I hope he performs. Then I can see what the Canes forwards are like. The real deal. Or not quite there yet. But Cameron needs to nail his clearing kicks. And not gift tries to the Chiefs etc. He was ordinary against the Blues but the Blues had bad luck with injuries
I'm really looking forward to this game. And hopefully the weather forecast is wrong.

@Winger don't forget Jordie wasn't playing against the Blues, he usually takes plenty of pressure off Cameron with his big clearances. However, with Roigard no longer there and Perenara's box kicking not up to the same standard, that will mean Cameron will need to take more responsibility in that area.
