Which in retrospect was a bit harsh on the wobs - ofa driving up and in wasn't penalised on a couple of occasions.
And White putting an arm across a falling already tackled Jordan late in the game was missed as well. And there was something strange happening to Whitelock on the ground..

@His-Bobness That is why he is probably trying to change rules to allow offshore selection. RM will be the first he calls on if he gets it through.
Mo’unga is simply not good enough for that treatment. It would be the fastest way of scaring off Dmac, Perofeta, Cameron etc. If Razor can’t live within his means, he’s not good enough for the job
Before Robertson is tried and convicted, where is the evidence he is trying to change the rules? The only comment I have seen from him was something along the lines of wondering if the rules should be revisited. Doesn't mean he thinks they should be changed. Pretty sensible if you ask me. All laws/restrictions should be revised from time to time to see if they still suit.

. Thought Leicester played himself onto the plane, whereas Stevenson did not do enough. Jordan will remain at 14, he wasn't that flash at 15.
I got the feeling that Stevenson and Jordan swapped positions in the second half, I'd need a proper re watch to check.

I've never seen people raise the suggestion of review of existing structures when they support the status quo.

There were a lot of missed tackles by the midfield backs in both teams in this game. ALB was the best of them, only missing one tackle.
Ennor only missed one tackle also.
Kerevi missed 4 tackles. Ouch.

Thought Cane was a bit off the pace tonight, even fell off a few tackles. Ardie picked up the slack and was on fire.
Savea, Cane and Finau all missed the same number of tackles (2 each). It’s just that Cane’s two misses led to Aussie break outs.

Of how many?

@ACT-Crusader Sorry is this from ESPN or elsewhere? How about McLeod?

Savea getting a turnover from an offside position is unhelpful.
Our ruck security was not helped by bad decisions on the pick n go. No support.
And the scrum disintegrating....
Well, I wondered if Eddie had passed on some old tricks at scrum time. Looked like Bell had slightly pulled back rather than taking weight causing Nepo to overextend. He clearly thought the penalty ought to have gone other way. And Williams seemed amused by way ref had wool pulled over his eyes at first scrum.
Your finishing TH seems to be an aspiring pilot. -

I do agree with what someone else was saying that DMac was probably under instructions to stand deeper to accommodate Christie’s laboured clearance. That didn’t excuse his poor non-contestable kicks, but that pairing was a disaster. Webber - who has an established combination with DMac - should be on the plane ahead of Christie. The only possible argument against it is that Brad is on his way overseas, but so is half of the rest of the existing team. The biggest problem in the first half, though, was the starting front row. Williams’ penalties opened the door for the Wallabies, while Laulala was back to his sloppy worst. That they couldn’t get ascendancy over an Australian front row down to its third or fourth choice props speaks volumes. It was also a bad day at the office for usually excellent Sam T at hooker. So nothing much went right in the first 40 minutes. But as Mike Snow says above, the fact that the senior contingent steadied the ship so calmly in the second half was testament to their resilience and bodes well for the crunch games ahead. Foster rolled the selection dice on this one and nearly came a cropper.
Bell is arguably first choice Aussie LH. The real questions were on other side.

I don’t recall that, but was saying to Pakman Jr. around 65 that I’d like to see it.

Yeah, he played less than 40 mins so I don't include him. LF wasn't great either for a big guy.
