There were a lot of missed tackles by the midfield backs in both teams in this game. ALB was the best of them, only missing one tackle.

Did I imagine Ardie kicking like a 12 at one point of the game?

Yes it was a well executed kick, but he should've passed

It was actually a contestable kick, which our guys knocked on

Yeah as I said, well executed. But he was 3 on 1 and should've passed instead

    Good start

    Less good finish

Happier than I was last week

Should add I've only seen first 20 minutes + highlights.

Thanks for clarifying. Essential to have everything up front and out in the open.

In that I've still got space to get fucking angry about our fuck ups in the last 60

Taking the 3 at 28th minute would have helped

Getting to the lineout on time after a 50-22 is also helpful

Savea getting a turnover from an offside position is unhelpful.

Our ruck security was not helped by bad decisions on the pick n go. No support.

    And the scrum disintegrating....

Ref makes the mark for the last penalty kick at 77:50

Mounga doesn't start his run until 79:03

So much for the shot clock

Which in retrospect was a bit harsh on the wobs - ofa driving up and in wasn't penalised on a couple of occasions.

And White putting an arm across a falling already tackled Jordan late in the game was missed as well. And there was something strange happening to Whitelock on the ground..

@His-Bobness That is why he is probably trying to change rules to allow offshore selection. RM will be the first he calls on if he gets it through.

Mo’unga is simply not good enough for that treatment. It would be the fastest way of scaring off Dmac, Perofeta, Cameron etc. If Razor can’t live within his means, he’s not good enough for the job

Before Robertson is tried and convicted, where is the evidence he is trying to change the rules? The only comment I have seen from him was something along the lines of wondering if the rules should be revisited. Doesn't mean he thinks they should be changed. Pretty sensible if you ask me. All laws/restrictions should be revised from time to time to see if they still suit.

. Thought Leicester played himself onto the plane, whereas Stevenson did not do enough. Jordan will remain at 14, he wasn't that flash at 15.

I got the feeling that Stevenson and Jordan swapped positions in the second half, I'd need a proper re watch to check.

@Machpants yeah felt like Stevenson started fielding the ball a lot more. I think it would be the best use of them both too - Jordan doesn't have the greatest boot and doesn't take great options.

I've never seen people raise the suggestion of review of existing structures when they support the status quo.
