Bad management.
Great fodder for us and the media to talk about but another feather in his dunce management cap in my opinion.
Yet last year, when Mo-unga, Whitelock & co spoke out in support of him, he was getting stick for being too close and too friendly with the players.....

@Bones I reckon there might have to be an injury or maybe two for Braydon to be in France.
This is the AB midfield you're talking about....

Isn't this essentially him crying because he's too close to the players and gets hurt feelings when they don't call him back?

@Steve what what? He contacted dropped players and they didn't get back to him?
Yep . Apparently so.
And then he went and mentioned it on TV.
So people will put 2+2 together and think the likes of Akira and Hoskins have dropped their lip.
He could be depending on those boys later in the year.

Why is his fault if players don't ring back?? Says there maybe a problem with players'attitude and maybe another reason they not there?
Danny, Foster is a dick for publicly saying that and saying it hurt his little feelings.
He should give players some space when they have had news like this. They have had a World Cup dream ended, lost money and may now be thinking of uprooting their family to others parts of the world due to not being selected.
It’s tough on them and if that’s their way of dealing with it, so be it. What does Fozzie want? To be thanked by them?
He should know a little bit about how they feel when Razor was going through the process?
Did he keep a dignified slilence? No, he went crying to the media about it.
He is a farking hypocrite and a fraud
I think if they not answering phones etc, the only way to get message to them would be on TV?
Mate it's tough on anyone who doesn't get picked, you know what, if you want to get picked first thing you do is answer coachs' call and find out what you need to do to get in. Other wise f*** off and sulk in corner, you don't want it bad enough!
I sick of this moodlecoddling the poor dears, man up FFS!!!! -
@Dan54 who the fuck said anyone is sooking? The only one we know is sooking is Foster, because he had a wee cry about it on the telly. We have no idea what players didn't answer, ring back or what reasons there are. Or have I missed something?

Jordie, Dave, Rieko, Anton.
I been a but impressed with Ennor in last part of super, I think he wouldn't let us down somehow. I laughed when watching the team naming I said I applauded when Finau, MacLeod, Ennor and Williamsgot named as well as Roigard (who I have been yelling about since preseason anyway). Wife says but they aren't Hurricanes players are they. no but just players who have impressed me a bit over season! I don't care where they from, just as long as they got the goods.

Read the post I answered to, Da Grubster says the players need space, and it's there way of dealing with it. And I never did or never would say they were sooking, and show me whare I said it. But I would suggest anyone who is current AB knows if they have a missed call etc from coach you ring or message back to discuss what is best to do.

A relatively well-connected source indicated that Weber’s kicking game is thought to be his Achilles heel, which is more than plausible, although I happen to be of the school that would be quite happy for a halfback to barely kick at all.
I don't have an issue with that as a reason if the Ginga was actually in any sort of form.
-
I think the coaches will be wanting Smith and TJP as our halfbacks for the RWC, with the possibility that Roigard could take the bench spot ahead of TJP. Weber and Christie are much of a muchness for me, and I think we are probably cooked if either of them are starting a knockout game anyway.

Weber's kicking problems v Ginga's passing problems. Not much of a competition for me.
-
Would be great if Roigard can take the step up and bridge the huge gap between Nugget & Christie/Weber.

Isn't Christie seen as a good defensive player too. Not sure , but if Weber's kicking game is seen as a wealness, bit of a problem at test level. But I be honest, I maybe prefer Weber, but not enough to really get worried. Also hope that the players revert to international laws again.
