@Higgins it would've been Italy demoted after the last championship as they finished bottom.
If I was a betting man I'd say Wales will definitely be swapping places with Italy in the 2023 table.

I'd have to compare the Georgian line-ups, but they narrowly lost to Samoa, last week. The week before that, Samoa suffered a big loss to ... Italy.
