Excellent point. At the moment, it's not goal kicking we need, it's kicking from hand effectively.
It is strange that BB's kicking from hand is so average, and that comes down to technique. DMac can kick the ball a long way for someone his size, Mo'unga is similar but with less range.
-
I'm honestly at a loss who to play at 10. Mo'unga, DMac and Beauden are all much of muchness. I'm starting to learn towards giving DMac a crack just to see if he can be a bit more consistent than the other two.

It's not just distance but control and choice. They all struggle with those factors, however I'd like to see what Dmac could do behind an AB pack.

Get on board the Havili train fella, plenty of room.

People forget that McKenzie is younger than Barrett & Mo'unga too, he's got a lot to offer at 10 in my opinion. It's clearly his best position.

@kiwi_expat Less than a year between McKenzie and Mo'unga.

That's pretty surprising, yeah! Wouldn't have picked that.

NZ and Australia have played each other 8 times since the world cup, 4 of those at Eden Park, with Australia winning 1 out of the 8.
If you were to exclude these match ups both teams would be sitting at around 50%.

Let's just ignore that stats that don't suit our narrative.

Cool. Let's include RWC2019. NZ didn't win every game in their pool, only Japan (beating Scotland and Ireland) and Wales did. Let's add those games to the narrative!

No. Sorry. I've read this post multiple times and it's still not making sense. Please explain?

Is there a draw I don't remember because last time I checked we won all of our pool games

The Italy game didn't happen because of the Typhoon so was technically a 0-0 draw.

Italy not top 10

Amazing. Nobody has won more matches against top 10 nations than us. Next we will told that AB's are scoring more points than anyone else and that Fozzie has more records, leading AB's to their quickest and largest rises in World Rugby Rankings.
Wonder how the stats might read if we exclude matches reffed by Georgians?
