I was just having a rethink looking at the Bok 23, we could go with

4 - Tuipoluto
5 - Whitelock
6 - S. Barrett

Replace Patty T at 50 minutes and bring on fresh loosie and at 60 replace one of Cane or Savea with another loosie.
