I'll ask again, who is the lady next to SBW? I don't think it's roz, unless she has a great tan
This is her, I think.

Akira Ioane's big work ons:
Jackling. He's a big guy, but that's not an excuse. Gets the odd turnover for the Blues but gives away ruck penalties too. May lack confidence as well as skills there.
Link play. Not a traditional big six strength, but could up fitness and improve decision making to get involved more in support. First half of 2019 Super Rugby his link play was excellent, maybe lacks confidence or decision making of when to switch lines.
Decision making of when to stay on his lines and when to hit the ruck or link off his line. Does this very well late in the game, but could increase involvement in first 50 minutes by being able to pick when to get involved. That kind of decision making could be the difference between a very good player and a great player.

@old-samurai-jack I agree. I think some people are still comparing him too Nonu, and that's unfair. It's better to compare him with Crotty, and then he's really growing well into that role. He was excellent tonight.

SHUT UP JUSTIN
Liked for content even though I'm unaware of the contexr
Context was that he was talking.
That was one of his worst stints at the mike tonight and he’s had some shockers.
Tripping over himself, spouting his lack of knowledge at the laws then carrying on about his opinion even when he realises it was incorrect, praising Will Jordan effusively whenever he got within 20 metres of the play, calling Bridges try as if he had just stepped and fended his way through the defence.....it was endless verbal diarrhoea. -

Akita man of the match hardly suprising
Akita must be his beastmode name..

Haven't seen a performance from a NZ No.6 like tonight since peak Kaino. Akira's influence was huge.
-
@old-samurai-jack Think his decision making and jackling could get a lot better too.

their anthem always beats ours. So much better
No way. Ours is one of the best imo.
I love our anthem as much as anyone, but it's a goddamn dirge. Aus's is faster, upbeat and uplifting.
As long as we win the rugby I'm happy, but we start behind in the anthem contest
Nup
Australia national anthem is shit. Should replace it with that We are Australian song. No young and free to be upset about either. I've always really liked GDNZ. Any foreign mates who've heard it have also rated it.

That is now the worst red card I've ever seen
Yay rugby
Lol

I thought after watching today his only work on for me is a huge nit pick, but I would've preferred to see him take those tries himself - extra pass makes room for a mistake and getting those tries himself maybe has an effect on the oppo"s head space too? Best game in black for me, although admittedly against a fairly ordinary Oz.

People seem to have seen a different Weber to me, linking play, yeah great, but while his passing from the base was generally in the right direction, it was made to look a lot better by everyone else (especially BB) having glue hands and picking it up on the bounce off their shins.
Much happier with Jordan today, couple of Bizarre kicks, but some great defence and actually linking with his teammates when ball in hand.
Thought the midfield "mix" (i.e. including when Roane often found himself there) was excellent on defence.
Shame to see Taukieaho drop his standard on throwing, hopefully that's an easy fix.
Liked the physicality from Bower.
Probably the worst ref performance since lions 17 for mine. Murphy misses a ridiculous amount of obvious stuff right in front of him and then makes stuff up. Both ways. Where was the yellow card when Ardie took the quick tap?

I agree with this, almost like he was showboating that the gams is too easy for him, look at how unselfish I am etc. Just run over that last defender!!

Not sure on that! Think he probably thought he was taking the option that he won't get criticised for and would appear to be better for the team, not showing off. Can't fault him for doing it, just my preference would be he didn't.
