    Gethin Jenkins’ stock is rising.

    Far better defensive structure.

Our bench made a big difference.

    Botham leapfrogs Wainwright.

    Halaholo needs another run.

Evans should have a chance because Sheedy can’t kick for shit.

Riding our luck massively but in fairness we’re not giving up or buckling when we’re under the cosh.

There’s some real backbone developing throughout the squad.

    Pivac play book:

    1. Keep the score close, not too far behind
    2. Await opposition red card
    3. Profit

    😜

    There’s luck and there’s luck.

The tries we scored had nothing to do with luck for example, but the fact that we’ve scraped home twice in two weeks against 14 men when the opposition failed to convert match winning opportunities at the death is luck beyond our making.

England's win does little more than stabilise wobbling chariot

Scotland defeat is out of their system but England have much to do to retain the Six Nations

    Press not impressed 😉

Farrell doing the Wilkinson pose for kick, maybe?

That last try, while brilliantly executed was a opportunity there from playing 14. First because stretching the defence to one side and back created a little bit of time. Second because there was no sweeper

Scotland made 339 metres running, Wales 179 but Scotland lost. 😲

That’s a fantastic stat for Scotland.

I'd still argue that's also down to leadership, cool heads, defence and effective substitutions.

    Or poaching Pacific Islanders....

England's performance was poor, again. If three of their tries had been disallowed (one blatant knock-on, one forward pass, one late tackle before Watson's intercept), the score would have bee much tighter and more in line with the game's physiognomy.

We had all of those as mentioned, but still both Ireland and Scotland shit the bed when it mattered and let us off the hook.

Not a lot to be impressed about. Still waiting for some of the senior team members to show up. Still scratching my head about Daly at full back and continuing with Billy V in his fat and disinterested state.

On the plus side we showed more ambition, a couple of the more junior members stepped up a bit and we didn’t kick so much and so poorly. An improvement on last week but we’re not looking great.

    You’ll stuff us

But it would be hilarious if we went down to 14 men and won
