Matt Drummond
So close...
Matt Drummond makes films about dinosaurs. Mitch Drummond plays Half Back for the Crusaders.
So easy to confuse the two....

Guys who might come into the squad:
Props: Ta'avao, Bower
Hooker: Dixon, Coltman
Locks: Scott Barrett (should be fit by then)
Back row: Tom Christie, Boshier, Jacobson.
Half Backs: Mitchell Drummond, Bryn Hall
First Fives: Josh Ioane, Otere Black
Midfield: Ngani Laumape
Back Three: Mark Telea.
David Havili would be a decent addition too given he covers a few positions. Maybe Dunshea if Scott Barrett is out still.
Wouldn’t be surprised if someone like TJP sits the tour our because of his new baby. Long time to be away.

Nice one, Labour. An AB squad - extended at that - having to go to Australia for several weeks really fucks the NPC.
How dare they follow Ministry of Health guidelines and not think of long suffering Rugby fans
Or the economy as well, perhaps??
I bet you’re one of those non mask wearing types
You mean along with the other 95% of the country?

@shark you realise, of course, that the govt follow the advice of the health service, not the other way around. Unlike some countries,
It's the governments decision, ultimately. Doesn't matter a shit how much advice they take or from where. Actually, it does. When the only advice you seriously consider represents only one facet in a decision making process, it matters many shits.
Yeah, and that one “facet” being the relevant Subject-Matter-Expert. And, probably, consultation with indirectly-involved SMEs. Shit.
How dare they not consider consulting InfoWars and random reddit threads?Sigh. Thanks for that, Jacinda.
Don't worry about enabling a solid economic boost at very minimal risk to health. Let's just create asinine rules around bubble limits which prohibit the event from happening. If you're going to limit team trainings to 25 or whatever then you need to limit workplaces in general to 25 as well. It's absolute OTT garbage from the Govt.

Newshub are saying that the AB squad will be expanded to 46 players, so another 11 players to be added. That is assuming none of the current squad don't pull out for personal reasons.
Great. That'll contribute to a real peak in the NPC come November.

It an interesting situation, and I doubt it's covered in their contracts either. Hard to enforce this length of time overseas away from family.
How many players pull out before you have to call it a NZ Selection instead of the All Blacks? Or we just don't send a team?
Player's that have just been selected for the first time are in a tough situation too, where they can't say no. Is that fair?
